Yes, if your project falls under permitted development then we would still advise a set of drawings as a visual guide for builders. You would more than likely still require building regulation drawings to be undertaken.

Yes, based on your brief we can provide a free, quick cost guide on the value of your project. However, we can also provide a detail and in depth calculated costing of your project, this service is chargeable but can be a great base for future quotes.

No, we will never take any money up front. We do ask for payment for our drawings before we submit them to the council or release them for tendering.

We don’t directly recommend builders but what we can do is build a full tender package for you and submit this to a set number of contractors. We can then collate all this information and present our findings back to you. We can also meet your builder with you to answer any questions both parties may have before work starts.

This really depends on each individual project, however if your project does require a SE we can take care of all of this for you. We work with a great, local independent engineer.
